The Department of History welcomes certified teachers to explore our opportunities for continued study and participation in our preparation of future teachers.

We offer programs leading to an MA in History and an MA in Public History.

If you are currently certified in another area and want cross-endorsement in History & Social Studies 7-12, you must contact the State of Connecticut Department of Education. All cross-endorsement programs are administered at the state level.
